Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of JARD'OR Restaurant's services, website, and reservation systems. By making a reservation or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from JARD'OR. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations at our discretion.

• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard dining.
• Private dining and event bookings require a minimum of 7 days' notice.
• A valid contact number and email address are required for all reservations.
• Group reservations of 6 or more guests require a credit card guarantee.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our team.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: fully refundable.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: the full deposit is non-refundable.
• Event and private dining packages: non-refundable within 72 hours of the event.

3. Dress Code

JARD'OR maintains a smart casual to formal dress code to preserve the ambiance of our establishment. We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing beachwear, sportswear, or overly casual attire.

• Smart casual or above is required for all dinner seatings.
• Open-toed shoes and resort wear are acceptable for lunch service.
• JARD'OR reserves the right to refuse entry to guests not adhering to the dress code.

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

We take dietary requirements and allergies seriously. Please inform our team at the time of booking. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, JARD'OR cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

5. Children & Minors

JARD'OR warmly welcomes families. Children under 12 are welcome during lunch hours. Our evening fine dining experience is recommended for guests aged 12 and above to preserve the ambiance for all diners.

6. Alcohol Service

JARD'OR complies with all Indonesian regulations regarding alcohol service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age.

7. Conduct & Behaviour

We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of other diners and our team. JARD'OR reserves the right to ask any guest engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour to leave the premises.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the JARD'OR website — including menus, photography, branding, and copy — is the intellectual property of JARD'OR Restaurant and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
